Should you wish to cancel your order, for whatever reason, you can do so within 7 days. You will be entitled to a full refund as specified in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2002.

This does not apply to customised garments for which changes in design or additional of lettering or numbers have been requested.

Please inform us before you return goods, stating the reason for the return.

Please securley pack the goods and send the package by recorded delivery with a copy of the original receipt. We will not be able to give refunds or exchange shirts if they fail to reach us.

Baldwins Casuals cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post or for items which are not delivered. This does not affect your common law rights as a consumer.
